Patricia(Tricia) is an almost lifelong resident of Rockland County and feels very lucky to be a part of the beautiful lower Hudson Valley with all the natural beauty the area has to offer, as well as its proximity to New York City.
Tricia grew up in Blauvelt and, after college, moved to Rome, Italy, where she lived for 8 years, teaching French and Italian in an International School. While in Rome Tricia received her Masters in Business Administration and then worked in Marketing for an Italian Commuter Airline. Tricia returned to Rockland, where she has lived ever since, pursuing a rewarding career in Education as both a dedicated Italian teacher and school administrator in the high school she attended as a student, working with and helping young people achieve their full potential.
Tricia brings the same care, dedication, attention to detail and desire to help others that dominated her Education career to the Real Estate profession. Whether you are looking to buy or sell your home, Tricia's goal is to be there for you every step of the way, ensuring that you find the home of your dreams, or sell your home quickly and at the best price.
Tricia is very involved in serving her community and is an active member of several community organizations. She has been a member of the Blauvelt Lions Club for 20 years, serving as President 15 years ago, and presently as Vice President. Tricia is also a member of her town's Zoning Board of Appeals, a Council Member of the Romanesque Lodge, President of the Board of Managers of the self-managed condominium in which she lives, a member of the Piermont Community Garden and a volunteer and a team captain at Soup Angels of Nyack.
Tricia is looking forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
